Mind, Mouth and Mood

Meditating on negative thoughts, allowing them to consume you, allowing these feelings to escape from our mind to our heart, and we then begin to believe them as our own truths, whether true or not, our perception validates what we believe is our truth. Then you will begin to speak the negativity that you have attached to your truth - watch and see just how fast this process can take over our mood, then your day, possibly your week, your month, your year and ultimately your life.  This thought process works because it is a principle.  Now work the principle the opposite way -  change it around. Attach a positive emotion and watch and see the life changing enrichment you will find in your life.  Law of Attraction
